Noodles eatery @ Pekan Kuala Kubu baru

During Deepavali, on the way back from penang, we stopped by this kuala kub baru pekan. There is a corner shop serves only noodles. Diff types of noodles range from pan mee, laksa, yee me, koay teow, wan ton mee, serves as dry or soup.

I ordered the wan ton mee, my goodness it was the most most best wan ton mee i have ever tasted so far!! The noodles...very good until no words could describe. Forgot to take the wanton mee pic, as it looks like some ordinary wan ton mee, but it taste heavenly! The above pic is koay teow with char siew on it. The best dish still wanton mee!

Frontera- bar & grill, tex-mex food @ Jaya One

One of a breezy afternoon, me and my beau decided to try something new at Palm Ssquare, Jaya One. There was quite a number of interesting food outlets. It was lunch time, the Overseas Restaurant and Ducking are packed with diners. Finally we pick Frontera, tex-mex food for our lunch!

I picked beef echiladas from the lunch set menu. The cous cous served as the side of the plate, is the best cous cous I've ever tasted. The red bean, taste a lil weird as in unlike the normal ones, but is ok, I have finished it all! Will definitely come back for more!

For this my partner's meal, I've no idea what he has called. :P Too engrossed in my food, and lost my memory.

Heard they served very good margaritas!! Next round!!

Next to Taiwan Yes, there is a delicious bakery shop named RT Pastry House. The entrance has a french-look door and window pane. We went in there to explore different types of pastries and breads. I bought an egg tart and this cute pastry which i forgot its name. It has an interesting name. Sigh..short term memory. :(

Their best seller was their blueberry cheese cake, green tea cheesecake and tiramisu. yumm!! Sometimes their breads can go out of stock!!

"Taiwan Yes" Restaurant, SS15, Subang

Recently we found a Taiwan food place in SS15, same row as public bank. This is one of my favourite taiwan food place, as the food is not as salty compare to others. There place is usually packed with people, but still manage to get a table.

Lo bak rice --deliciously tasty meat.

Osyter mee suah, this is my favourite, not as salty as Shihlin.

And not forgetting my cup of Chocolate bubble tea. :)

Pork noodle soup, it was alright.

Sausages, didnt really tried this.

Dumplings, nothing to shout about. Personally, Ii feel that the skin is kinda thick.

Restaurant Ho Boh

It's been quite some time, I have not updated my personal page here. Spent too much time on replying mails and sending order to my beloved clients on my shop blog. Well, now again, hope to blog all at one go with my "superwoman power". Lol.

One of the weekend, whenever my beau asked me where to go for dinner. I will be having hard time cracking my head thinking. This time, I suggested this place Ho Boh Restaurant which serves Hakka food. When we arrived, it was alot of people. Do come early if you plan to dine here.

We ordered two large Ho boh rui cha fan (RM6.80 per). Very large bowl of rice, topped with different veges..am sorry i cant tell u what exact veges but one of it - Choi Pou. The delicious brown rice and peanuts and the veges blends very well with the minty green soup. We thought all veges won't feed us well, that's why we opt for a big bowl, and goodness we ended up feeling so darn FULL!!!

Next dish was Shun Pun Zi ( Fried abacus- RM8), I love this and addicted to it! Is a must try dish !! This is so far one of the best Shun Pun Zi I've had. Although this is a little oily, but the shun pun zi outer layer part is stick with some pork and choi pou!! Hence is very nice flavour. Thumbs up for this one!!!

What a satisfied meal !! My beau finds it a lil weird tasting such food in greenish soup and with all the veges and no proper meat. :P

Lunch @ Pizza Uno!!!

Last friday, took a day off have lunch with my beau at an Italian Restaurant for a change. We used to go to Pizza Uno at Taipan, Subang Jaya. Located next to burger king. Now they have shifted to the back row of burger king. Which is next to KFC, same row with TM, Maxis, and some eletrical shops.

This new-look of Pizza Uno has 3 floors! I remembered the old pizza uno only has one floor, and it's always packed during dinner time. Now over here they can cater more diners. They served very good pastas and pizzas, a must try is the carbonara. :)

My frend ordered the carbonara, as usual. I took my order from the dish of the day - 1/2 roasted chicken with fettucine. As tasty as always!

2 person's meal around 60rm plus.
Good service.
